Studying political science to become a high school teacher means equipping students with the tools they need to understand and critically question political processes and actively participate in democracy as responsible citizens. As a teacher of political science, you will explain how our political system works, how decisions are made at the local, national, and European levels, and the role that international relations play in a globalized world. You discuss current issues with young people, from climate policy and migration to social justice, and demonstrate that politics affects every individual's everyday life.
