Labor Market Management - Dual Studies: List of all study programs in Germany (2026/27)

A dual study program in Labor Market Management teaches students how labor markets function, how employment policies are designed, and how individuals can be integrated into the workforce. In cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency, students combine academic foundations with practical counseling work. Graduates take on responsible roles in employment consulting, recruitment, and social policy management.
