The Ruhr Campus Academy (RCA) is the non-profit continuing education organization of the University of Duisburg-Essen (one of Germany's largest public research universities with more than 40.000 students) and provides academic continuing education for working people.

The RCA offers a handful of professional master's programs as well as various certificate courses.

Graduates earn degrees from the University of Duisburg-Essen. The courses offered range from one-day seminars to courses with a university certificate and part-time master's degree programs.

University professors and scientists are responsible for the professional and scientific management of the continuing education programs.
