International Norwegian Programs in Germany without Admission Restriction / NC-Free (2026/27)

Germany offers a distinctive environment for studying Norwegian language and culture, providing students with a unique perspective on Nordic studies from Central Europe. At German universities, you'll explore Norwegian language, literature, and culture while studying in institutions that maintain strong academic connections with Norwegian universities and research centers. The program combines intensive language training in both Bokmål and Nynorsk with comprehensive cultural studies, allowing students to engage with Norwegian literature and media while learning from scholars who actively participate in Nordic-German cultural exchange.
