Vehicle Informatics: List of all English-taught study programs in Germany (2026/2027)

Studying vehicle informatics means combining modern information technology with automotive engineering to develop intelligent, connected mobility systems. The program teaches students about embedded systems, software development, control unit architecture, sensor technology, vehicle communication, and IT security, and shows them how digital systems are integrated and optimized in vehicles. Students learn to program driver assistance systems, autonomous driving functions, and networked services, and to analyze complex electronic architectures.
