As the official academy for further education of RWTH Aachen University, RWTH International Academy is tasked with promoting and developing the integration of professional and academic education. The goal hereby is to make knowledge accessible to further target groups through application-oriented educational formats and programmes. And, thus, to make a lasting contribution to lifelong learning.

The RWTH International Academy has conducted international Summer Schools since 2009. In 2019, the team has welcomed around 500 students in 20 different Summer and Winter School programs in Aachen. The first Online Courses were successfully conducted in 2020/2021 and since then this format is completely included in our portfolio. We also offer individually planned and organized programs for closed groups of students especially designed for our partners.
