English-taught Public Policy Programs in Germany without tuition fees (2026/27)

Public Policy is an interdisciplinary field designed for those interested in solving real-world problems by learning how to make informed decisions in the face of political, economic, social, and cultural challenges. Typically applied by governments, nonprofit organizations, and consulting firms, the discipline equips students with the tools to navigate every stage of the policy cycle—from agenda-setting and formulation to legitimation, implementation, and evaluation. Along the way, students gain practical skills in statistical analysis, literature review, interviewing, and policy writing, while engaging with broader perspectives from history, politics, economics, and data science.
