Innovation Management helps students develop and understand relevant professional knowledge while also providing them with the cognitive and practical skills necessary to be able to respond properly in the cultural environments they will face in the future. The program will develop students' ability to think and learn independently and to accurately establish and communicate their position within their own team as a key member of the team, so that they can support their future career with clear principles and practices. The goal of the program is to produce graduates with the ability to work across linguistic, behavioral, disciplinary and organizational boundaries. Graduates need to have the ability to manage themselves and others in an interdisciplinary and intercultural team, working on global projects in an open and responsible manner. This is in line with the changes in the design industry in recent years, and the shifting needs of business and society.
