EBS University of Business and Law, also known as EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht or simply EBS, is a private, state-recognised research university specialising in business and law. Founded in 1971, it is one of the oldest private universities in Germany. With approximately 2,200 students in 2023, EBS offers a close-knit academic community on its two campuses in Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel.
